Enter the amount of the conference cost based on the following fee
schedule up to Jan. 14, 2012: Please do not make payment until your
nomination has been accepted. The fee for the academy is a onetime
registration fee – it is not per class. No refunds will be given but
substitutions can be made.

Rate:
Registration is $50 if paid on or before
January 13th
and $65 if paid after January 13th.

IMPORTANT: If you are paying for someone else’s
registration please call Elaine Reynolds at 575-257-4116 and give
her the name on the credit card or check and who you are paying for so
the registration fee will get credited to the correct person.
Credit Card Payments: The account number for
SBWFA registration is #0601 - write it down - you will
need this number when you are filling in your credit card information.
A small transaction fee (1.90) will be charged by
the provider to process credit cards. You may also access this system by
calling 1-800-272-9829.
Visa and Master Card payments may also be made with
no fee for the transaction by calling 877-700-4343, ask for Toy Chavez.
